BE THERE Magazine provided Ptress Coverage for the American Red Cross’s 3rd Annual Oscar Night DC charity gala. For those unfamiliar with this event, Oscar Night DC is the only official Academy-sanctioned Academy Awards viewing party in Washington, D.C. and therefore one of the most profile black tie events of the social season. It is also one of the major fundraising activities for the National Capital Area’s Red Cross chapter.

Host Committee Chair Joe Carden, of the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council, put together an incredible team of people. Are you there wiothn BE THEREe event to the next level this year. While mostly comprised of individuals new to the event, among the few returning profile committee members were Premier Properties Carl G. Becker, Kate Michael of K-Street Kate and The District Dish, and Ask Miss A.com‘s very own Andrea Rodgers.
